Roasted Spring Garlic with Balsamic Vinegar
Preheat oven to 350.
Trim the off garlic roots and about 1" off the top.
Place in a shallow baking dish.
Toss garlic with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and a bit of salt.
Bake at 350 uncovered for about 45 minutes or until caramelized-looking.
